How do I switch off auto renewal?

In order to switch off auto renewal, please follow the steps below to ensure no future payments will occur:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the box right next to your profile picture/icon in the menu on the left hand side.

3. You are now on the "My Membership" page.

4. The 6th one where it says ‘Membership Expires on’, on the right you will see a the date of expiry, which you can actually click on.

5. New window appears. Click on the date again.

6. Now click ‘Cancel recurring’.

Please note: Renewal linked to payments from Google and/or Apple can not be switched off by our Support Team. In order to make sure your membership won’t renew, please contact Google’s and/or Apple’s Support team. Or follow the steps in these links below:
